Pablo Ortiz Jr. served over 25 years in the United States Army, rising to the rank of First Sergeant — one of the most demanding senior leadership roles in the force. As a Special Operations Support Veteran, he led high-stakes global operations requiring precision planning, rapid decision-making, and uncompromising execution under pressure. The discipline, accountability, and mission-first mindset forged through those decades of service form the operational DNA of everything he does today.

Committed to lifelong learning, Pablo holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) and a Doctor of Management and Leadership (DML) — academic credentials that undergird his analytical approach to enterprise and investment. He has brought that knowledge directly to the classroom, serving as a university professor where he teaches and mentors the next generation of business and real estate leaders.

Following his military career, Pablo co-founded Tier1DMV — the Wholesale & Investments Division of A ONE Street Company, the #1 brokerage in the DC metro. As Co-Founder and Managing Principal, he leads investment acquisitions across the Washington DC, Maryland, and Virginia market: sourcing off-market deals, underwriting risk with institutional discipline, and connecting capital-ready investors with verified opportunities in one of the nation's most competitive real estate corridors.
